Sandy Beach is a single level home has four bedrooms and three full baths which will accommodate ten guests comfortably. The supersized king master has an “office” area for those who choose to combine work and pleasure during their stay. The master also has a private bath with a double vanity, large shower and walk in closet. Being one level makes it possible for those who are unable to climb stairs to participate in all the family time activities.

 

The yard is white beach sand, so when you are at the home you still feel like you are chillin’ back at the beach. In the evening make your way to the back porch or put chairs in the sand to enjoy your favorite beverage while taking in the peace and serenity of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. The home offers plenty of room for quiet spaces to watch one of the six tvs and nap, or hang out together in one of two the large open living rooms with a 65” tv  attached to one of the two  kitchens. Speaking of kitchen areas this new home has all brand new stainless steel appliances, and the kitchens are well stocked with everything even the most discriminating chefs would want to be able to prepare awesome meals at home. Everything has been thought of even a crockpot. One kitchen can be used for family meals and the other for the kiddos snack station, or prep area and serving area.

 

This home is located in a community called WindMark Beach which is a five minute drive to downtown Port St Joe where you can enjoy shopping and dining. Door to shore is a leisurely stroll on the charming boardwalk located literally right next to YOUR home. Your journey ends where you will find the squeaky powder white sand on this amazing pristine beach where shell hunting is awesome. If you don’t care to walk then take the golf cart with all your beach gear right to the sand path then it’s a short walk to the waters edge. There is wildlife everywhere including; Blue Herons, Egrits, Bald Eagles, Osprey, Dolphins, and Pelicans. The community boasts two amazing community pools, miles of bike/walking paths which are blocked to cars but do allow golf carts, and a city center with restaurants, salon, gym, and bar sundry store.

Included amenities; Golf Cart, bikes, kayak (bring your own life vest), beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, luxurious white hotel style bath towels, 6 tvs,  two kitchen set ups which can act as a separate mother-in-law suite. There is room for four cars to park on the driveway of the property. Boat and trailer storage is not permitted on the property.
